Information we process

We store account details supplied during sign-in, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication records. Saved projects include animation code, prompts, conversation messages, selected places, and editing settings. We also record generation status, token usage, credit charges, credit balances, and subscription references. Requests may expose technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and error information to us and our providers.

How information is used

We process information to authenticate users, generate animations, respond to revisions, save your work, manage billing, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless you are authorized to share it for this processing.

AI and external providers

Generation sends your prompt, relevant conversation context, and animation content to Google Gemini. Place searches and boundary requests use geographic providers, including OpenStreetMap services. Map rendering requests tiles and related resources from the selected style’s providers, including Esri and CARTO. These providers may receive search terms, requested geographic areas, and technical request information.

Authentication, hosting, database, and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Stripe processes payments; our billing integration stores payment references and subscription records rather than full payment-card numbers. Provider processing is subject to applicable provider terms and policies, including Google’s Privacy Policy and Stripe’s Privacy Policy, and may occur outside your country.

Browser storage and video exports

Session cookies support sign-in. Browser storage holds local projects, conversations, and pending requests. Clearing it can remove local work but does not delete server records or cancel subscriptions. Video encoding and downloading happen in your browser; exporting does not itself upload the finished video to our servers. Saved projects and AI or map requests still involve server processing.

Retention and security

Saved account and project information persists beyond individual requests. Billing and generation-usage records are stored separately and may remain after a project or conversation is deleted for accounting, security, or dispute handling. Retention depends on the information, operational needs, and legal obligations. Backups and provider records may have separate retention periods. No online storage or transmission system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, or object to or restrict processing. Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity, and legally required records may need to be retained. Subscription renewal can be managed through the billing portal.
