Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. Do not use the service unlawfully, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass service limits or billing controls.

Your content and AI output

You retain any rights you hold in submitted content and authorize us and our providers to process, store, and display it as needed to provide the service. You must have permission to use submitted materials, including text, images, and logos.

AI output may contain errors, resemble other output, or lack intellectual-property protection. Review animation code, labels, routes, and boundaries before publishing. Geographic and historical accuracy are not guaranteed. Maps are for visual storytelling, not navigation, emergency response, or safety-critical decisions.

Third-party content

Map tiles, geographic data, fonts, and other third-party assets remain subject to their owners’ licenses and terms. Preserve required attribution in previews and exports. Using the editor does not grant unrestricted rights to third-party content or guarantee commercial-use clearance.

Payments, subscriptions, and credits

Prices and allowances are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected interval unless canceled. Yearly subscriptions are billed annually, with credits allocated monthly. Paid credits expire at the end of their allocation window; free credits are a one-time grant.

AI generation and revisions consume credits based on reported token usage and our conversion rate. Settlement after generation may take your balance below zero and block further generation until more credits are available. Failed generations are not charged. Preview, visual editing, and browser exports do not consume generation credits. Credits are service allowances, not cash.

Manage or cancel renewal through Manage subscription. Cancellation does not itself initiate a refund. Contact [email protected] for billing errors or refund requests. Mandatory refund and cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Availability and limitations

Generation and export depend on your device, browser, network, and external providers. Results, completion times, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Keep copies of important work. Access may be limited to address abuse, security risks, unpaid balances, or violations of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains processing of accounts, projects, conversations, AI requests, and billing records. We may revise these terms as the service evolves; the date above identifies the latest revision. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
